We want you to be happy with your purchase from The Fuzzy EAR. If you are not satisfied, please get in contact with us to ensure that we can advise on a resolution. The following conditions will apply to all returns:
- The purchase has been in the past 30 days (any purchases after 30 days will be assessed on a case-by-case basis).
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and unwashed.
- The product must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or an order confirmation email/number.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs of returning the product, unless the product is defective or damaged.
- If approved, the refund or exchange will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us, providing your order number, product name and reason for return.
